We take payment security seriously and are happy to work with you if there’s ever an issue with your order.

 

  • Contact Us First: If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, email [email protected] with your order number and details before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
  • Investigation & Evidence: If a chargeback is filed, we will provide proof of purchase, shipping, and delivery to the payment processor.
  • False or Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a knowingly false dispute is considered fraud. We reserve the right to cancel future orders, recover any fees, and report fraudulent activity to the payment processor and relevant authorities.
